How do I sign in or reset my password?
- Open agaltechnologies.com/login/.
- Enter the mobile number or email connected to your card.
- Enter your password and tap Sign in.
- If you forgot it, use the email password-reset option on the sign-in page. Check Spam if the email is not in Inbox.
Use only your own account. Each customer can edit only their own card.
How do I edit my card, autosave and undo a mistake?
- Open My Card and tap Edit my card.
- Open one section at a time and type your change.
- Wait for the Saved automatically message. There is no Save button to search for.
- The live preview updates beside the form on desktop and below it on mobile.
- If you remove a row by mistake, tap Undo when it appears.
On an own domain, every saved change also syncs automatically. “Sync latest changes now” is only a backup.
How do I add a logo, cover photo or product photo?
- In Edit, open Photos, Gallery or Products.
- Tap Choose photo and pick an image from your phone.
- Wait for the preview and autosave message before leaving.
- Use clear, real photos of your shop, work, team or products.
Do not upload screenshots with another company’s logo, phone number or price.
How do I add services, products, prices and categories?
- Open Services & prices for work you do, or Products & prices for things you sell.
- Add a name, short detail and the price exactly as you say it: “₹500”, “from ₹500” or “price on request”.
- Use Category to group long lists, such as Rice, Oil, Snacks or IT Services Cameras.
- Use the arrow controls to change the order. Visitors can filter large lists by category.
You can use services, products or both. Add only useful items; a clear list sells better than a crowded one.
How do I add an extension or booking tool?
- Open Business tools or the Extensions tab.
- Read what the tool does and open one of its demos.
- Request or add the tool to your card.
- Open its settings to add services, times, rooms, tables, vehicles or order options.
- Open your live card and complete one test request yourself.
Appointment, table, stay and order requests are not confirmed automatically. The business reviews each request and confirms it.
How do quotations, invoices and enquiries work?
- Quotation: Create an itemised price document and share the PDF or WhatsApp link.
- Invoice: Convert approved work into an invoice and record the next action.
- Enquiry: A visitor submits the form; it appears in My Card and can also notify you by email or WhatsApp.
- Follow-up: Search by customer or reference and record what should happen next.
Always check the customer name, mobile, items, tax and final amount before sending a document.
How do I show Google ratings and ask for reviews?
- Open Edit → Google reviews.
- Follow the on-screen pictures to copy your review link and Google Place ID.
- Paste both and wait for autosave.
- Your rating and review count will appear on the card after the next refresh.
- Use Ask a customer for a review after completing real work.
Ask for an honest review. Never offer money, a gift or a discount for a review.
What should I complete for Google and SEO?
- Open Google visibility in My Card.
- Complete the Google title and description with what you do and where you serve.
- Fix the items shown under SEO completeness.
- Check indexability, sitemap, robots and schema.
- Use the search preview to see how your page may look on Google.
The free /c/ link is for sharing and is not listed on Google. Publish on your own domain when you want Google to index the website.
How do typing and the six-language switcher work?
- Type your original business content in the language you prefer.
- Publish or wait for autosave.
- Visitors use the language selector on the live card.
- The card can show English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada.
Names, phone numbers, URLs, GSTIN and payment IDs remain usable even when the surrounding words are translated.
What is the difference between the free link and my own domain?
- Free link:
agaltechnologies.com/c/your-name/works for WhatsApp, QR and direct sharing. - Own domain: a name such as
yourbusiness.incan be indexed by Google and looks more professional. - Your ₹1,999 + GST/year package includes the domain, hosting and two business email accounts.
Open My Card → Plan & domain → Publish on my own domain to check a name.
A domain is yours only after it is registered. Checking availability does not reserve it.
