Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This policy explains what information Agal Technologies collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Agal Technologies, Sri Nagar, Irugur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641103, India. You can reach us at support@agaltechnologies.com or on WhatsApp at 73055 01725.

What we collect, and why

When you enquire

If you send us an enquiry through a form on this site, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to tell us — usually your name, your phone number, and a description of what you need. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. Nothing more.

When you create a card

If you sign up for a visiting card website, free or paid, we store the details you enter — your business name, your phone number, your email address, your services, your photos and anything else you put on your card. That information exists so that we can build and publish your card. It is your business’s public information and it is published on your card, which is the point of the service.

When you buy a paid plan

We record that you have paid, the amount, and the date. Payments reach us directly by UPI or bank transfer, so no card number, UPI PIN or bank credential is ever entered on this website.

Automatically, when you visit

Our hosting provider records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit — as every web server does. This is used to keep the site working and secure.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our marketing pages — the home page, the visiting card page, the pricing pages and the signup page — contain the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc.

It tells us which of our advertisements brought someone to the site, and it lets Meta show our advertisements to people who are likely to be interested. It records that a visit or a signup happened. We do not send Meta your name, your phone number, your email address or the contents of your card.

The pixel is not on any customer’s card. Not on cards hosted at agaltechnologies.com/c/…, not on cards published to a customer’s own domain, and not on the demo cards. If you are visiting a business’s card, Meta receives nothing about your visit from us.

Meta’s own privacy policy governs what Meta does with the data it receives: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

You can limit this in your own Meta account settings, and most browsers let you block such scripts entirely. The site works normally either way.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — for example, to keep you logged in while you edit your card. The Meta pixel also sets cookies on our marketing pages, as described above.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

It is handled by the services we use to run the business: Hostinger, our hosting and email provider, which stores the website, its database and our mailboxes; and Meta Platforms, as described in the advertising section above, and only for the marketing pages.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where your card is published

A published card is a public website. Everything you put on it — your business name, phone number, address, services, prices and photos — is visible to anyone who visits it, and can be found by search engines if you have a paid plan with your own domain. Do not put anything on your card that you do not want the public to see.

How long we keep it

We keep your card and your account details for as long as your card is active. You can ask us to delete them at any time and we will act within 30 days.

Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years. We are required to keep records of what was sold and what was paid under Indian tax law, and that obligation continues even after you ask us to delete your account. Everything else about you goes; the record that a sale happened stays.

Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under their own retention schedule, and are then overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your account and your card. Write to support@agaltechnologies.com and we will act on it within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us first at support@agaltechnologies.com, and you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Grievance contact: Arun A, support@agaltechnologies.com, 73055 01725.

Children

This service is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant — for example, if we start collecting something new — we will tell existing customers by email.
