Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Agal Technologies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By making a payment or approving work in writing (including on WhatsApp), you (“the client”) accept these terms.

2. Tools, licences and third-party costs

Our quoted price covers our work using our own tools, themes, plugins and software licences. If you require a specific third-party tool, premium theme, plugin, stock image, font licence, API, or paid service, that cost is not included. You may either purchase it yourself in your own name, or ask us to purchase it on your behalf — in which case the cost is added to your invoice and payable in advance. Any tool bought in our name remains licensed to us unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Hosting and domain

Our website prices cover design and development only. Once the site is complete and approved, we deploy it to your live hosting. If you already have hosting and a domain, deployment is included. If you do not, we can arrange hosting and a domain for you — these are charged separately at cost plus setup, and the amount varies by the hosting environment and plan chosen. Hosting and domain renewals are your responsibility unless you subscribe to our Website Care Plan.

4. Website payment terms

Review the current business website design scope before selecting a package; the written quote confirms which payment schedule applies.

• Visiting Card Website (₹1,999 + GST/year): Paid for the year before we publish the website.
• Business Website (₹4,999 + GST one-time): Up to 10 pages. No build advance; pay in full after you approve the completed design and before live deployment.
• Growth Website (₹9,999 + GST one-time): Up to 25 pages. 50% advance to begin work; the remaining 50% on approval, before live deployment.
• E-commerce packages: ₹4,999 + GST for up to 20 products; ₹9,999 for up to 50; ₹14,999 for up to 100; and ₹19,999 for up to 150. These are one-time development fees. Domain and hosting are purchased separately; for Shopify, the domain and Shopify subscription are purchased separately and Shopify supplies the hosting. 50% advance starts the work; the remaining 50% is due on approval, before live deployment.
• Above 150 products and custom e-commerce projects: Quoted separately, with the payment schedule confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Development-time SEO is included in these builds. Ongoing monthly SEO is a separate service.
• Files, source code and credentials are handed over after full payment is received.

5. SEO payment terms

• ₹2,999/month plan — 30-day credit (postpaid). We begin work with no advance payment. At the end of each 30-day cycle we send you a documented report of every task completed, and the invoice for that completed month becomes payable. Work continues into the next month on the same basis, so you are always paying for the month just finished, never for a month that hasn’t happened yet.
  • Example: Month 1 is worked on credit. At the end of month 1 you receive the report and pay ₹2,999 for month 1, while month 2 is already under way. At the end of month 2 you pay for month 2, and so on.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of the report being sent. If an invoice is unpaid after 7 days, we pause work on your account until it is cleared. We do not extend more than one month of credit at any time.
  • If you stop the service, you pay only for the months already completed. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
• ₹5,999 and ₹9,999 SEO plans: 50% advance, balance payable on delivery of that month’s report. The 30-day credit facility applies to the ₹2,999 plan only.
• SEO is an ongoing service. Rankings depend on competition, your website’s condition, and search engine algorithms, which we do not control. Any ranking guarantee is stated separately in writing, per keyword and per plan.

6. SEO service terms

Review the current SEO service scope and plans before approving an ongoing campaign; the written proposal confirms the selected work and payment schedule.

SEO authority building requires 100% payment in advance. This is because we pay third-party site owners upfront on your behalf, and those payments are non-refundable once placed. You approve every site before we proceed.

7. App development payment terms

For the current build scope and starting packages, review our mobile app development service page. Payment terms are 50% advance to begin and 50% on final delivery. Source code and store credentials are transferred after full payment. App store developer account fees (Google Play, Apple) are separate and payable by you.

8. Edits and scope

Unlimited edits — change anything, as many times as you like. There is no limit and no charge. Work outside the agreed scope — additional pages, new features, or a different design direction — is a separate job: we tell you before we start and quote it separately, payable in advance.

9. Delivery timelines

Stated timelines (e.g. “live in 7 days”) begin from the date we receive all required content from you — text, images, logo, and access credentials. Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.

10. Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel after work has begun, any advance paid covers the work already completed and is non-refundable.
• SEO authority building payments are non-refundable once links are placed.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we refund the unused portion of any advance.

11. Late payment

Invoices are payable within 7 days. We may pause work, and withhold files, hosting access or reports, on overdue accounts.

12. Ownership

On full payment, you own your website, its content, and (for apps) the source code. Until full payment is received, all work remains our property.

13. GST

All prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added where applicable.

14. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
